Primary Schools are now required to publish alongside their Performance information a list of their childcare provision making it easier for parents to know what is available.
A breakfast club operates each morning. Due to Covid, it is currently held in individual classrooms rather than the usual venue of the hall. A range of breakfast foods are available. It starts at 8:15 and is 50p per day to attend. Any pupil wishing to attend is welcome to do so at any time and advance bookings do not need to be made. In addition to this, all children will be offered a bagel as they arrive in school each morning. This is provided for free thanks to Magic Breakfast and the National School Breakfast Programme.
After School Clubs
A variety of after school clubs run throughout the school year and are organised and led by staff members. They run from 3:15 until 4:00 and are free of charge. The focus of the club varies from term to term and cover a wide range of subjects and interests. Information on which clubs are running currently can be obtained by contacting the school office.
A PE after school club is organised and led by a qualified coach and runs from 3:15 until 4:15. This is also free of charge. This club may only be open to a particular key stage so contacting the office for information is advised.
