Primary Schools are now required to publish alongside their Performance information a list of their childcare provision making it easier for parents to know what is available.
A breakfast club operates each morning in the dinner hall. A range of hot and cold breakfast foods are available. It starts at 8:15 and is free to attend for all pupils. This is thanks to the National school Breakfast Programme and Magic Breakfast. Any pupil wishing to attend is welcome to do so at any time and advance bookings do not need to be made. In addition to this, all children will be offered a bagel as they arrive in school each morning. This is also provided for free.
After School Clubs
A variety of after school clubs run throughout the school year and are organised and led by staff members. They run from 3:15 until 4:00 and are free of charge. The focus of the club varies from term to term and cover a wide range of subjects and interests. Information on which clubs are running currently can be obtained by contacting the school office.
A PE after school club is organised and led by a qualified coach and runs from 3:15 until 4:15. This is also free of charge. This club may only be open to a particular key stage so contacting the office for information is advised.
